Role profile / Assigned customers / territory

Order Booker

Capture customer orders, check required order information and submit bookings into the approval and fulfilment workflow.

Role accountabilities

What this role is responsible for.

  • Capture assigned customer orders and submit them for configured approval.

  • Send each record to the next authorized owner; decisions and approvals follow company policy.
Security & data safeguards

What this role can access—and what needs a separate grant.
