Questions before the next step.
Clear answers about roles, workflows, development and integration requirements.
Is this a working ERP demo?
No. This is FieldPro’s product-information website. The screens and illustrations are design concepts. The ERP application and its integrations have separate implementation and release checks.
What is the core operational workflow?
Booking → Credit Review → Approval → Stock Reservation → Warehouse Dispatch → Transport → Delivery → Accounts. Each stage has a responsible role and an authorized handoff.
Can roles differ between companies and branches?
The agreed direction supports company-defined responsibilities, granular rights and configurable department/sales roles. Branch scope must follow the configured permissions.
What does Master Super Admin control?
Platform settings and tenant provisioning. Access to company data requires explicit, audited support authorization.
How are drivers and riders organized?
They use individual accounts with assigned deliveries. They do not require their own internal manager hierarchy.
What is CNC in this structure?
CNC is the Credit & Collection department. Its intended scope covers customer credit accounts, due-invoice collection cases, follow-up history and payment submissions for Accounts review. The reviewed source now contains receipts, allocations, a CNC subledger, handover/closing, bank matching, field routes, targets, disputes and consent-aware follow-ups. Core ERP integration and live financial validation remain pending.
When can an employee view a payslip?
After payroll publication, and only for the employee’s own information unless a separate authorized payroll role applies.
Are meetings, remote desktop, AI and bank payments included automatically?
No. Those areas require suitable provider configuration, credentials, infrastructure or agents. Their availability must be confirmed for the deployment.
Are all listed modules production-ready?
No. The directory distinguishes in-development scope, planned expansion and integration-dependent work. A static check or concept image is not a release certificate.
Can the website grow with the product?
Yes. The directory, role relationships and module-detail pages use one product-content structure, so new agreed modules and guides can be added while keeping the same navigation and brand style.
How do Office Mail, Messenger and Company Email differ?
Office Mail is internal employee correspondence with controlled attachments. Messenger is member-only chat using polling. Company Email concerns external domains and mailboxes; live provisioning, send/receive and provider integration still require completion.
Does resolving an operational incident repair the scheduled worker?
No. Assignment, investigation, manual resolution and independent approval are human response records. Actual worker recovery is observed separately. Health review requires an explicitly granted permission; a supervisor title does not grant it automatically.
Where can I see the latest software additions?
The Latest Software Updates page explains the source changes through Phase 2 Task 84 and links to the affected modules. Module, role and application pages share the same feature and availability registry.
